%100 Sourdough Rye Bread with Walnuts, our starter is %100 rye and contains no additional yeast. Our version of %100 Rye Bread is mixed the day before with our fermented apricot, dark rye sourdough starter and walnuts, left for overnight fermentation in our fridges. True oldest sourdough method is applied with no additional leavening agent like other yeast.
